- Pri med Added October 04, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆NAB has appalling service, excessively long, slow queues, is disrespectful towards their customer's time and couldn't give a damn about getting their facts correct. One teller says you can close accounts online, then you find you can't. One telephonist says you can't close accounts over the phone and the workers in the branch say you can. They give you a rate for an investment then won't honour it when you try to complete the transaction after you have transferred the funds to a NAB account. Don't trust NAB with your hard earned money!
