  Delivery routinely takes 1.5-2 hours. Approximately one third of orders result in missing items. Staff on the phone have often been unhelpful. This is a very poor service and at nine dollars extra per delivery, it sure as hell isn't worth the money.

  We ordered through another service which apparently subcontracts to this company. After 20 minutes we received an SMS confirming the order and that it would be delivered within 60 minutes. 40 minutes later, a delivery driver shows up with someone else's order from a different restaurant! After apologising and going off to deliver the now cold food, he promised to get ours. Instead, we get a phone call from Cuisine Courier saying that our restaurant was closed and we wouldn't get our order this evening, but promising 50% off from somewhere else. The caller then changed her tune and offered 25% (a discount we were already getting for being a first-time customer) and then free delivery and 30% off. What a complete failure as a customer service organisation. Rest assured, we won't need any discounts, we won't order from these chuckleheads ever again.
